5. Explain the major impediments to inheritance
6. Demonstrate examples of possible cases that can be solved by simple formulas
7. Define variable shares of heirs in all cases.
8. Study authentic ahadith on the Islamic law of inheritance.
9. Elucidate the basic elements of writing, documenting, and executing legal wills.
10. Delineate the basic concepts of the Islamic law of Waqf (endowment).

In this course we will discuss the laws of inheritance in the Quran and the
Sunnah, practicing how to calculate the share of each inheritor,
witnessing the perfect Wisdom of Allaah The Most High with regards to
these rules and regulations, and the laws of the will and its rules
and validity.  It is an essential knwledge that every community should
appoint someone to learn to fulfill the orders of Allaah.
