    Course Description

    Objective and Description

    • The Attainment of the Pleasure of Allah.
    • Understanding the basic rulings of financial transactions in Islam.  
    • While it is not possible to cover all or most of the contemporary transactions, we will try to cover a good portion of them by extrapolation from the basic rulings of financial transactions.
    • The most practical topics of this course are Procuratorship, Partnership, Ji’alah (Job Waging), and Luqata (lost and Found.) We shall aim at understanding the details of those topics for correct implementation in practice.
