Course Description
|
Objectives of the Course:
- To provide students with the proper knowledge level of both the concepts and details necessary for the understanding and affirmation of the correct Islamic belief system based on the main sources of Islam namely the Quran and authentic sunnah. This course focuses on two principles which are Belief in Allah and Belief in the Angels.
- To provide students with the systematic and logical approach to the understanding of Islamic belief system rather than one of blind faith.
- To provide students with the practical implications of Islamic Aqeedah in life rather than mere theoretical approach
- To provide students with the possible sources of erring and deviation as well as the major deviant sects in matters of Aqeedah.
- To provide students with the answers to wrong claims and arguments against the correct Islamic belief and the response to them both textual and logical.
- To give students the tools to reach higher levels of piety and excellence in personal, public and religious spheres.
